  The FaultWire Team

Our staff of IT professionals and software developers bring many years of real-world experience in volume corporate and academic situations as well as personal installations to bear on FaultWire's solutions. Our writing group have written several popular technical books as well many user manuals, solution guides and technical support answers for a wide range of software products over the last 20 years.

Our FaultWire team explain the best solutions for each issue, rate solution risks and efforts, and then order solutions that make the most sense by using a combination of likeliness to solve an issue with the least risk.

The FaultWire development team is creating a number of new solution areas and applications. Stay tuned for some major announcements later this year!

  Site Design

The FaultWire site was designed using Adobe Dreamweaver and is tested and optimized for IE6, IE7, Firefox 2 and Firefox 3. Neither Javascript or Cookies need to be enabled to use this site, but if either or both are enabled, it allows us to provide a number of visual improvements and features not possible otherwise.

While not a flashy as some sites, we've purposely avoided the use of any components that required loading special software such as Flash and do not require you to activate any browser options that create security risks. Considering that site visitors are often having PC problems, we wanted to provide solutions without creating new problems for the user!

Currently we are not testing the site for Safari, Opera or other browsers. We are aware that some pages render incorrectly in Opera. We believe this is due to actions we've taken to deal with bugs under IE and is not a specific problem with Opera.
