Standard Payments
You can pay using Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover or several other cards. When ordering, you will be presented with a full list of currently supported credit cards that we accept.

Purchase Orders

Purchase Orders are only accepted from US government and US educational institutions for order amounts over $1,000.00. Mail your PO to:

Sales Tax
Sales tax is required on physical purchases made by California residents.

International Customs
Some countries require additional customs fees. These fees are not included in the price of our shipping and are the responsibility of the receiving party.

  We offer free evaluation downloads of all of our products to ensure that the software meets your needs and functions on your PC.┬áIf you are interested in purchasing any of our products, we encourage you to download and evaluate our applications before purchasing them. This is a risk-free way of ensuring you are getting exactly what you want before spending even a single dollar.

If your purchase was made through a third party merchant such as a reseller or retail store, this merchant's sales and refund policy applies to your purchase. Please contact that reseller or retail store to handle the refund if available.
 
     
  Order Discrepancies  
     
 

If you have a discrepancy with your order, including issues regarding mistakes with the items purchased and/or the amount charged, you can direct your questions and comments to our Customer Service Department. We can only deal with purchased directly from FAQware. If you purchased a product from another vendor, you will need to contact that vendor.

  • Telephone number
  • Email address
  • Where ordered (i.e. FaultWire Web site, retailer (specify), Amazon, etc.)
  • Physical address where the order shipped (if physical product)
  • Order number and the date of purchase
  • Last four digits of the credit card number that was used (if applicable)
  • The name that appears on the credit card (if applicable)
  • A clear and thorough explanation of discrepancy
