Filterpipelineprintproc... is a 32/64-bit Dynamic Linked Library of code components which does not directly have a GUI.
This holds compressed driver cab files. Cab files are used to extract a needed device driver when new hardware is added without requiring the Windows XP installation CD. Each service Pack adds additional .cab files.
There are no known security risks in using Filterpipelineprintproc... assuming it has not been modified or replaced by virus or malware and it resides in the default directory. This file is installed by Microsoft as part of Windows Update.
