Please only post issues with the installation of the FaultWire client software. Posts for unrelated issue or products will be deleted!

Installation is only supported on Windows 7, Windows Vista, and Windows XP. Both 32 and 64-bit OS versions are supported. No other OSes are currently supported, so please don't try and install it if you're using another OS. We are looking at supporting more OSes in the future.

On windows 7 cant instal FaultWire Basic, it says:
FaultWire Basic currently does not support any languages other than English, and cannot be run on a non-English system.

My windows desktop is on English language, how to fix this.

Thanks for trying out FaultWire. Currently we only support English locales as specified by Microsoft. This includes USA, UK, Canadian English, and about 10 others. The locale you are using is for French, even if you are in an English mode.

While many English applications work fine in other locales, FaultWire's ability to determine if errors and problems from Windows and other applications are of interest, it requires the system be an English system. We hope to support other languages and systems in the future.
