Startup Windows could not start because of a computer disk hardware

While NTLDR (NT loader) appears to have loaded properly, the loader ran into a problem attempting to read from the boot disk.
This can indicate a problem with the boot process, BOOT.INI configuration (XP), or BCD (Windows 7/Vista); a corrupt file system, a missing or damaged ntoskrnl.exe file, or a hardware problem such as a hard drive or disk controller.

Type: Fatal Loading
Vendor: Microsoft Corporation
