This will resolve the IPs of the proxies into hostnames. This is useful when you're using word based filters such as .gov or .edu. If you have an exceptionally slow DNS server then you might want to disable this option - but that should affect a very small minority of users.
Test through proxy
It's possible to get Charon to perform 'through' another proxy. This could be useful if you need to tunnel your connection out to the internet through a corporate network.
Save proxy list on exiting
A few people wanted the choice as to whether the proxy list was saved to the file
file when the program closed. Personally, I can't see the point ... but putting this in stopped a few people from nagging
