Solution Net 403 Forbidden

Description:
You don't have permission to access this location on the site.
For example, if you access a site with the address:

http://www.SomeSite.com/news
The server should have a set of default filesnames to use under the quot;newsquot; directory. For example, a common default is index.html. If the default filename doesn't exist or the default is not set correctly on the server, you will get this error.

Some web servers provide additional information and/or a secondary error number. For example, 403.1. If this occurs, check the Internet solutions list for for a better explanation and solution.
