Solution Net 403.1 Execute access forbidden

Description:
A web page requires running some code on the server (which is common), but the server is not correctly set up. For example, a web page has an extension of ASP (Active Server Page) indicates the server will need to run code on the page, but an incorrect setup prevents the server from running the code.

Default Equipment Validation

I think what you mean is if the Web Application (yyyyy) is one level down from the Virtual Directory (xxxxx) that the properties of each are individually set to allow Script execution? Turns out you're right and the lower level (yyyyy) doesn't override the higher level (xxxxx) in this case, so that fixed it.more informaion
