Invalid Microsoft Excel - You typed an invalid name for a sheet or ...

Dialog text:
You typed an invalid name for a sheet or chart. Make sure that:
The name that you type does not exceed 31 characters.
The name does not contain any of the following characters: : \ / ? * [ or ]
You did not leave the name blank.
A worksheet that uses data from a .csv or .txt file cannot be renamed because the file name of the source file contains one or more invalid characters.
To fix the problem:
Press ESC to revert to the original worksheet name, and then close the workbook.
Locate the source file and remove the invalid character or characters from the file name, and then open the file again in Excel.
These characters cannot be used in a file Name: name
