Invalid Microsoft Office Word - You cannot save while the file is in use ...

Dialog text:
You cannot save while the file is in use by another process. Try saving the file with a new name. (path )
This message can appear if another program is currently using the file that you are editing. For example, if a table or paragraph in your document was linked to by another application and that application is currently open and running (possibly on another computer or an application running on your computer that you cannot see). This can also happen whenever you are in a shared environment and file locking is enabled by another application.
Depending on your situation, your options are:
Save the file by using a different file name.
Close the other application that has the lock on the file.
Wait until the other user closes the application that has a lock on your file.
