Question Unknown Issue

I'm new to the forum but hopefully can follow all the directions to give you the necessary information you needed.

Last hour I got a blue screen error:
The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x0000009f (0x0000000000000003, 0xfffffa8003cc5060, 0xfffff80000b9c4d8, 0xfffffa8006f8a780). A dump was saved in: C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: 122812-23602-01.

This is the 5th or 6th time happened in this month, and it's always happened while the computer was in a Idle State.

System Info-

OS Name- Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium
Version- 6.1.7601 Service Pack 1 Build 7601
System Manufacturer- Dell Inc.
System Model- Studio 1555
System Type- x64-based PC
Processor- Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Duo CPU T6600 @ 2.20GHz, 2200 Mhz, 2 Core(s) ,2 Logical Processor(s)
BIOS Version/Date- Dell Inc. A13, 02-Apr-11
Installed Physical Memory (RAM) - 4.00 GB

I am attaching two dump files [got two bluescreen error today]-

Tell me which device driver is causing this error.

Thanks in advance.

Not sure what driver is causing the problem, but I suggest you try the suggestions on the solutions page first:

I ran Malwarebytes and Hitman Pro. and while it Malwarebytes was running, Avira detected a Worm (Gamarue I.385) n a Trojan (forgot the name), which i have removed.

Here's the result from Malwarebytes (i ran in Full Scan) :
