Question I get this problem repeatedly--any solutions?

For years I have been copying my documents weekly onto a flash drive, with no problems. Suddenly I keep getting this error message, and the system stops copying the folder with my documents. Each time it seems to be a different file that the system claims it cannot find.

Since I have clicked to copy the 'My Own Files' folder, I cannot understand how the system can claim not to be able to find something I have asked it to copy.

More importantly, I would like a fix for this problem.

Idea I fixed the problem by restarting the computer

It occurred to me to try restarting the computer, after closing all applications. When I backed up the 'My Own Files' folder this time, the problem did not recur.
