Description
Only one program can open a file or folder at one time for modification. This message appears when a second program attempts to open the file or folder with modification privileges.

Select the application that is currently using the file or folder and save the file or folder so that your second application can access it.
If you recently had an application crash, it may have left a lock on a file. A system reboot may be necessary to release the file for other applications to access and/or modify the file.
