Description
While attempting to uninstall a program, there are 2 or more users logged in at the same time. While the uninstaller can remove the core portion of the selected program, it may not be able to remove files that it installed specific to a user.
For example, if the program installed a shortcut on each user's desktop, only the shortcut on the currently logged user will be removed. When only one user is logged on, the uninstall can remove all the files it installed, even for other users.

While not a serious issue, we recommend selecting Switch User and logoff all other active users. Return to the current user and proceed to uninstall the program.
