Solutions and Fixes

Fix Network

Fix the network connection. Assuming the physical or wireless connection is working, have Windows attempt a repair:

For Windows 7:

Right-click on the network icon in the toolbar.
Select Troubleshoot and repair.
Windows will attempt to repair the connection.

For Windows Vista:

Right-click on the network icon in the toolbar.
Select Diagnose and repair.
Windows will attempt to repair the connection.

For Windows XP:

Right-click on the network icon in the toolbar.
Select Repair.
Windows will attempt to repair the connection.

Uninsall Corrupted Program

The installer or installation may be corrupted. Use the control panel to attempt to uninstall (and later re-install) the selected program.
