Description
Windows Installer only allows one installation to occur at a time, and another installation appears to be in progress. This can sometimes occur if multiple clicks opened up two copies of the same install (one hidden under the other).

The other installation must be closed or finished before starting this second installation.
If you are not sure about another installation, verify there is not a second open installation hidden under the current installation dialog by moving or minimizing the top dialog.
