Can't run 16-bit Windows program
Body Text
Cannot find file file (or one of its components). Check to ensure the path and filename are correct and that all required libraries are available.
Use short paths and filenames. This means only using the 8.3 short filename standards rather than the more common long filenames.
You cannot have spaces in the filenames, and many special characters that are allowed in long filenames are not allowed in the short name.
Short names only support capital letters A-Z, number 0-9, the characters ! # $ % & ' ( ) - @ ^ _ ` { } ~ and must be in the format of 1-8 characters, an optional period and an optional 1-3 additional characters.
