Description
EFSADU disallowed adding a user to a file or folder that is encrypted.

Dialog may appear differently depending on XP style options and where it occurs.
To add users to an encrypted file or folder, you must be the local administrator or the original user who encrypted the item. Log off and then log on as one of these allowed users.
