Enter or use a path for the file that is exists and is valid. To create a new path:

  1. Open Explorer (Windows+E).
  2. To make a new directory below the root or below another directory, navigate to that location and single right-click.
  3. Move down the list with the mouse to New.
  4. Move the mouse over to New Folder and left-click.
