Solutions and Fixes

Start Missing Service

To start the missing service:

Open the Run dialog (Windows key + R) and type Services.msc
In the right pane, scroll down to the line Help and Support and double-click the item.
Set the Startup Type to Automatic.
If the Service Status is Stopped, click on the Start button.
Click OK and Close the Services Dialog.
