Delete Existing Profile First

    Add    Flag

If you wish to use the same profile name that already exists, you must first delete the existing power profile:

  1. Click Start, then click on Control Panel, and then double-click Power Options.
  2. Click on the existing profile that you wish to delete and click Delete.
  3. Proceed with creating your new profile using the name you just deleted.
