This message can appear after a setup problem, such as a failed copy of of a critical file. Ideally the setup should clean up if you cancel setup, but this leaves it unclear if that will occur. Select No to continue, but if additional errors occur and this message appears again, you may have to select Yes to get out of the mess. What damage, if any, that will occur is unclear.
