Cannot save to the file filename because it is already open.
You'll get this message when trying to replace an existing file during export, if that file is already in use by another application or function of the operating system. This can include thing like:
The file is open in Acrobat.
The file is selected in an OS browser window that is displaying a preview.
The file is being indexed by a search function.
The file is being scanned by a virus scanner.
Solution: Ensure that the file is not in use by any other application or function. Close the file if opened in another application, ensure it is not selected in any OS browser window. Shut down indexing or scanning functions.
