Do you want to change the way the payment will be processed, or just change the way the payment will be displayed in your register?
To only update your register, choose OK.
To change the way this payment is processed, choose Cancel. Then, cancel the payment instruction and issue a new one (Edit menu > Transaction > Cancel payment).
The reason you must cancel the original instruction and then issue a new one is because Quicken cannot change an online payment instruction once it has been sent for processing.
