This is a rather common issue with websites. What happens is some parts of the webpage have been sent arrive via the https encrypted process (good), while other parts arrive from the normal non-encrypted http process.
For example, a form might arrive via the secure process, but images may reside elsewhere on a non-encrypted portion of the site. This is a design choice by the site web designers. While not ideal, unless you are dealing with some top secret security issues, for most users this is just an annoying message
