The operating system or application may have run out of usable memory.
Adding additional memory may solve this problem. This is especially true if your system is configured for a minimal amount of memory for Windows.

Close Extra Instance
Check if two or more instances were attempted to be run at the same time which may use too much memory. For example, if you double-clicked rather than single-clicked on attempting to open a OS. If so, close all instances and only open one instance at a time
