Dialog may appear differently depending on style options and where it occurs.
There is a known bug in Dreamweaver that causes this after a daylights savings time change. To fix, close Dreamweaver (if open) and delete the cache file WinFileCache-xxxxx.dat (where xxxxx are a set of characters that will differ for each user).
For Windows 7/Vista, this file is located at:
C:UsersusernameAppDataRoamingAdobeDreamweaver 9Configuration
For Windows XP, this file is located at:
C:Documents and SettingsusernameApplication DataAdobeDreamweaver 9Configuration
The Application Data and AppData folders are hidden by default, so verify that your Windows Explorer folder options are set to View Hidden Folders.
