A SoC (System On a Chip) combines the CPU, Memory, various input and output subsystems and
more. These are commonly used in Smartphones, but rarely if ever in PC
desktops. Some common examples of SoC chips include NVIDIA Tegra, Qualcomm's Snapdragon, and Texas Instruments OMAP.
While BSoD fatal stop errors are identified by Microsoft Windows, they are often caused by
non-Microsoft applications, drivers and hardware issues.
