Directory listing denied


The web server doesn't allow you to view the directory. For example you type an address like:

The web server will look for a default file in the support directory, and if the file is not found, it has the option to display the directory of files. The web server has been set up to not allow a directory listing here.

403.14 - Forbidden: Directory listing denied.

The Web server is configured not to display a list of the contents of this directory.

Error messages will differ depending on the web server and if replaced by the web site designers.

You will need a complete URL address to the page you want. It may need to include full page filename and extension.

If you are attempting to download a file, you may have the wrong directory name.

  "403.14 - Directory listing denied" is only supported by Microsoft IIS (Internet Information Services) web servers.
