Official Explanation
The logon attempt is unsuccessful because a user name or a password is not valid.
"401.1 Logon Failed" is only supported by Microsoft IIS (Internet Information Services) web servers.
The four hundred series of errors indicate something was sent to the remote web server incorrectly.
