Description
This web server maintains a list of allowed URLs, but the list is missing, so it can't grant access to anyone!

The URL Authorization store for the page you requested cannot be found on the Web server, therefore your credentials cannot be verified.
Error messages will differ depending on the web server and if replaced by the web site designers.

Solutions and Fixes
This issue can only be fixed by the web site owner.
Locate Cached Page

If the page has been deleted from the server or it is not currently available you can try to get an achived copy. If you used a link from a search engine, you might be able to get some information by using the "cached" option.
You can also try viewing the site or page from an archive such as the WaybackMachine.
Most archives and cached versions only retains the site text. Graphics and other media objects are linked to the orignal site and may or may not be available.

Notify Webmaster

You might notify the webmaster about the issue. Include the error number and the address (URL) where the error occurred along with any other relevant details.
Many sites use an email address in the form webmaster@sitename.com where you replace sitename.com with the web sites address (don't include a www). Keep in mind with the amount of spam, they may use a different address and/or it might get ignored. Check the websites' contact information to get reliable contact information.

These errors pertain to problems accessing the Authorization Manager store. The error indicates that the store could not be found.
[For webmasters] To begin troubleshooting one of these errors, try to verify the path specified in the string by either opening the XML file or testing the LDAP path with a simple client, such as LDP.exe. For more information about LDP.exe, in Help and Support Center for Windows Server 2003, click Tools, and then click Windows Support Tools.
