Client Access Licenses exceeded
Description
This IIS web server is limited to users who have a valid client licenses. Each user must have a valid client license to access the server. We'd only expect to see this issue within a Intranet (for example, employees within a company who access the companies internal web server).

403.15 - Forbidden: Client access licenses have exceeded limits on the Web server.
There are too many people accessing the Web site at this time. The Web server has exceeded its Client Access License limit.
Error messages will differ depending on the web server and if replaced by the web site designers.

Solution 1 of 1 - Get More Licensees
You will need to contact the site owner or server administrator to get additional licenses.
"403.15 - Client Access Licenses exceeded" is only supported by Microsoft IIS (Internet Information Services) web server versions 5 and 6 (not IIS 7.0).
The four hundred series of errors indicate something was sent to the remote web server incorrectly.
