Description
For better security, the web server has a list of characters it will not allow in the address (URL) field. One or more of these characters appears in the address field, so access to the page was stopped.

Error messages will differ depending on the web server and if replaced by the web site designers.

Solution 1 of 2 - Fix Web Address

Check the web URL address. Perhaps there is an typing error. For example, you might need a "https://" style address rather than "http://".
Also check if the address has a non-standard character. The only allowed characters are A-Z, a-z, 0-9 and the symbols $-_.+!*'() (a comma is not allowed).
Solution 2 of 2 - Notify Webmaster

You might notify the webmaster about the issue. Include the error number and the address (URL) where the error occurred along with any other relevant details.
Many sites use an email address in the form webmaster@sitename.com where you replace sitename.com with the web sites address (don't include a www). Keep in mind with the amount of spam, they may use a different address and/or it might get ignored. Check the websites' contact information to get reliable contact information.
