HTTP Version Not Supported
Description
Normally each web page indicates the HTTP version requires for proper operation. If the web server does not support a newer standard as indicated by the web page, this error occurs.
Occurrences
Frequency is relative to other Internet warnings and errors.
Solutions and Fixes

You might notify the webmaster about the issue. Include the error number and the address (URL) where the error occurred along with any other relevant details.
Many sites use an email address in the form webmaster@sitename.com where you replace sitename.com with the web sites address (don't include a www). Keep in mind with the amount of spam, they may use a different address and/or it might get ignored. Check the websites' contact information to get reliable contact information.
Official Explanation
The server does not support, or refuses to support, the HTTP protocol version that was used in the request message. The server is indicating that it is unable or unwilling to complete the request using the same major version as the client, as described in Section 3.1, other than with this error message. The response SHOULD contain an entity describing why that version is not supported and what other protocols are supported by that server.
"505 HTTP Version Not Supported" is supported by most Web Servers.
The five hundred series of errors indicate something is wrong at the server and it is unable to complete the action.
