Mapper denied access
Description
Some web sites require you have a special "certificate" to access the site. This typically occurs with higher security sites, such as a corporate web site for employee access only. It appears you have the certificate, but it has expired or been revoked.

403.12 - Forbidden: Client certificate is denied access by the server certificate mapper.
The account to which your client certificate is mapped on the Web server has been denied access to this Web site. A Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) client certificate is used for identifying you as a valid user of the resource.
Error messages will differ depending on the web server and if replaced by the web site designers.

Solution 1 of 1 - Get Valid Certificate
You will need to contact the web owners to get a new certificate (what is called a client SSL certificate).

[The following is written for the web site owner, so "you" referrers to the site owner/administrator, just to keep it confusing! - FaultWire.]
The page that you want to access requires a client certificate. However, the user ID that is mapped to the client certificate has been denied access to the file.
"403.12 - Mapper denied access" is only supported by Microsoft IIS (Internet Information Services) web servers.
The four hundred series of errors indicate something was sent to the remote web server incorrectly.
