Instructions to enable JavaScript

  Background

JavaScript is a language to enhance web sites not possible with HTML alone. It's currently used by millions of web sites to provide safe advanced functions.

For example, this site uses Javascript for menus that appear on the top area and also runs the FaultWire search engine. These features along with others are unavailable or will be degraded if JavaScript is off.

JavaScript is not dangerous since it can't write to your hard disk or other media. This means it is impossible to have JavaScript give you a virus.
